The TV personality was almost unrecognisable as she showed off her newly-dyed chocolate brown hair, scraped back from her face in a sophisticated up-do in London last night.
The 23-year-old is currently battling Crohn’s Disease, a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that causes inflammation of the lining of the digestive system.
But Sam pushed her worries aside last night and posed for the paparazzi on the red carpet of the Everyday Heroes event, which honours those who have saved lives through first aid.
In keeping with her newly-adopted classic vibe, the starlet donned a black fishtail Arielle Couture gown from girlmeetsdress.
She struck a confident pose in the floor-trailing satin frock inside the Lancaster London venue, showing off her sun-kissed skin in the off-the-shoulder design.
The star let her dress take the limelight, accessorising with just a simple hexagon pendant necklace.
She teamed the Hollywood-style number with black strappy heels covered in dustings of gold sequins and painted her toenails luminous pink.
Sam’s new hair colour was showcased in a neatly layered bun and her make-up emphasised her smouldering eyes with smoky eye shadow and delicate flicks of black eyeliner.
Her cheeks were lightly rouged and her lips were coated with lashings of nude lip-gloss.
Earlier this week, Sam was spotted alongside the cast of The Only Way Is Essex, with the gang wearing an assortment of colourful 80s-style gear.
Her blonde dip-dye hair colour was still in place and her tresses had been crimped for the throwback look.
She was filming at an Essex fitness studio and donned fuchsia pink leg warmers and an old fashioned over-sized scrunchie.
Sam was diagnosed with the bowel disease after the programme's doctor thought she could be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome and gave her some medication to relieve the symptoms.
‘‘It was awful to have it in the Big Brother house, for nearly a month I couldn't hold any food or drink down,’’ she told ITV’s This Morning.
‘‘I was in the shower and noticed that the weight was just falling off me,’’ she added.
Her shocking diagnosis has brought the reality star closer to her ex-boyfriend and fellow co-star Joey Essex, with rumours the pair could be rekindling their romance.
The pair have been posting social media messages suggesting that their relationship is back on track.
