Deepika in Shuddhi
After a lot of speculation it is confirmed that the actress has signed Karan Malhotra’s next
Karan Malhotra’s Shuddhi which was to star Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan will see a change in its cast. Hrithik Roshan had to opt out of the film because of health issues and Kareena Kapoor couldn’t match her dates with the delay of Shuddhi schedule. Hence Karan Johar, the producer of Shuddhi has signed Deepika Padukone to replace Kareena. This news had been doing the rounds for quite some time but Karan Johar always denied the news and even tweeted that Kareena is very much a part of Shuddhi. However it is confirmed that Deepika has signed the film and they’re yet to finalise the male lead. Waiting for an announcement soon KJo.
