Vinita Bali, currently Managing Director of Britannia Industries, has had an admirable corporate career, working in companies such as Voltas and Cadbury, launching new products in tough markets. She then worked with Cadbury for over a decade, before joining Coca Cola as marketing director and then becoming vice president, marketing for Latin America. She now heads Britannia industries, driving its revenues to triple under her direction. She has been recognised for her efforts in corporate social responsibility and has been on the Forbes list of Asia’s 50 Power Businesswomen.
